Nick Nudell

Nick Nudell is a seasoned paramedic, paramedic scientist, and healthcare leader with over 25 years of experience advancing EMS systems across the United States. He serves as Executive Director of the Northeast Colorado Regional EMS and Trauma Advisory Council and chairs the American College of Paramedics. A doctoral candidate in Public Policy and Administration, Nick’s research focuses on how paramedics can better serve rural communities. He is a board member of the EMS Association of Colorado and the Colorado Chapter of NAEMSP, and a paramedic scientist with The Paramedic Foundation, where he has led nationally funded research in collaboration with the University of Washington. His work bridges frontline clinical care, system design, governance, and policy to improve access, quality, and sustainability of emergency medical services.
