Casey Beros is one of Australia’s most engaging health presenters. For 15 years, her job has been to ask questions of our brightest minds on how to live a happier, healthier life. She is fascinated by the role communication plays in the health care we receive, and how that care subsequently affects outcomes. Whether it’s improving the health literacy of the public or educating an audience of health care professionals, Casey Beros is often called upon to act as a conduit between clinician and consumer, applying a personal development lens to public health, blending storytelling, science and skill to deliver results. She excels both as a highly professional and practised medical facilitator and as an entertaining and motivational keynote speaker off the back of her acclaimed book, The ‘Bad’ Girl’s Guide To Better. A speaker, facilitator, journalist and MC who excels at parallel parking, ‘the worm’ and communicating with candour and humour, she shares her experiences so others can learn from her mistakes.

Casey Beros has a Journalism degree, studied presenting at NIDA and is currently completing her Masters of Public Health at Monash University.

For six years Casey Beros trained under Australia’s foremost medical broadcaster, Dr Norman Swan, giving her a thirst for evidence and understanding of the Australian health landscape that has been invaluable to her life and career. She writes frequently for Australia’s major media platforms, has hosted TV shows for the ABC (Tonic) and Channel 10 (Everyday Health) and hosts health and wellbeing podcast ‘Well-thy’.

In 2021, Casey Beros released her first book, The ‘Bad’ Girl’s Guide to Better – blending her love of entertainment and education to deliver a stealth help guide to navigating the obstacle course of life. In 2022, Casey became the Wellbeing Expert on Channel 10’s program, Well Traveller.

Casey Beros’ work is dedicated to empowering us all to live happier, healthier lives – and making sure we have a bloody good time along the way.
