Ian Buczynski is the Senior Programme Manager for the Ethical Migratory Pathways Team at NHS England. The team works with stakeholders to develop, pilot, evaluate and disseminate a range of novel pathways which allow overseas educated Health Care professions to spend time working, earning and learning in the UK National Health Service.
He has worked with stakeholders across the globe, including Australia, India, Spain and the Caribbean to develop ethical migratory pathways for Doctors, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals.
