The Patient Experience Survey constitutes a pivotal tool employed for the diligent monitoring of patient experiences, thereby facilitating the evaluation of the quality of ambulance services. This invaluable information serves to foster a comprehensive understanding among the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and its affiliated members, pertaining to the recent encounters with treatment and care administered by these services. Through discerning key facets of service delivery that warrant improvement, this survey significantly contributes to the enhancement of ambulance service provisions. Notably, patients or their respective caregivers are invited to partake in the survey, wherein they are invited to rank their levels of satisfaction concerning several critical aspects, encompassing telephone assistance, responsiveness timeliness, quality of treatment rendered, staff competence, journey comfort, and overall satisfaction.
