Abstract
The culture of emergency ambulance services, like other uniformed and emergency service institutions has been called out as wanting. With a range of complex reasons for this leaders have a duty to act to identify, drive and deliver sustainable improvements in all aspects of our culture. All our people deserve safe workplaces that enable them to reach their full potential. In this session we will explore the Welsh approach to confronting the need for material change and improvements on the journey so far.
