Beginning his career with the West Midlands Ambulance Service in the UK, he spent a decade on the frontline before relocating to Australia and joining ACT Ambulance Service in 2013.

Mark has since held senior leadership roles spanning operations, clinical governance, and education—consistently driving innovation, performance, and professional development across diverse teams. Alongside his leadership work, he remains an active Intensive Care Paramedic, Peer Support Officer, and passionate mental health advocate.

Recognised nationally, Mark is a sought-after educator and speaker on psychological risk, workplace mental health, leadership, and suicide prevention. He is deeply committed to reducing stigma and fostering open, honest conversations that support the wellbeing of individuals, teams, and communities.
