- Freight handling services: Exhibitors are highly recommended to use GEL Events for freight handling.
- Delivery and collection coordination: The Adelaide Convention Centre does not have onsite storage, and deliveries are only permitted on Tuesday, August 19, and collections on Thursday, August 21. GEL Events can manage deliveries and collections outside these dates.
- Direct freight services: To and from Adelaide, with direct delivery to the Exhibition Hall at the Adelaide Convention Centre.

When Arriving at the Venue
- Go straight to your stand and begin setting up. Conference staff will deliver your name badges and an exhibitor pack to your stand.
- Bring a high-vis vest as the venue requires one to be worn during bump-in if the stand build is still in progress.

The standard exhibition package includes:
- 3m x 3m Galaxy booth
- 3m height black frame with hanging fascia
- 2.4m high white smooth wall panels
- 2 x spotlights
- 1 x fascia sign with your company name
- 1 x Beaumont lockable counter
- 1 x Findon bar table
- 2 x Tranmere stools
- 1 x waste paper bin
- 1 x 4-amp power outlet
- Two full registrations
- A 50-word profile in the conference app
- 1 x PDF for download in the conference app
- Lead management software for use during the conference
- An opt-in delegate list including first name, last name, organisation, state, and email address.

Registrations
Register your representatives 90 – 60 days before the conference. Accommodation bookings can be made when registering. A registration is required to access the exhibition area.

Freight, Deliveries & Collections
Exhibitors and sponsors are responsible for all freight arrangements to and from the conference venue.
Deliveries
Late and missing deliveries are the main problem for sponsors and exhibitors when arriving onsite for a conference.
- Deliveries will only be accepted from 08:00, Tue 19 Aug
- Use the delivery label provided by the venue
- Confirm directly with your courier that delivery has occurred before you arrive
- Have your courier contact details, consignment number, and delivery date with you when you arrive onsite
Onsite Storage
- Exhibitors cannot leave boxes and packing materials in the exhibition area during the conference
- There is no onsite storage, so please make alternative arrangements for any excess items and materials
Collections
Your staff need to ensure all steps are completed before leaving the exhibition.
- All goods must be collected on Thu 21 Aug
- Pack and label all materials
- Add your courier’s consignment note and/or number as required
- Leave the items on your stand for collection by venue staff
- Arrange for your courier to collect the items from the loading dock
Forklift Services
Forklift services are available via GEL Events. Please use the GEL events link above to get a quote for forklifting services.
Lead Management
The conference app provides an integrated lead capture feature, allowing exhibitors to scan attendee badges and collect contact details seamlessly.

This approach is intended to reduce waste and promote sustainability, while also encouraging delegates to engage directly with exhibitors. Attendees are invited to visit display booths to collect any materials or promotional items they may need.
